The Controller of personal data of Dealers, their representatives and Authorised Persons is Koncept-L Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, 03-244 Warsaw, ul. Wenecka 12.

Personal data of Dealers, their representatives and Authorised Persons are collected and processed by the Controller of personal data in order to perform the contract of sale concluded with the Dealer, and in order to perform the contract concluded with the Dealer to provide access to the B2B System (if the Dealer has concluded such a contract with the Controller of personal data), or to maintain business relations between you and Koncept-L SA, direct marketing of products or services, as well as for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services, provided that you have consented to receiving them.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC

The processed categories of your personal data are personal data that comes directly from you (or was provided on your behalf) or personal data that has been collected from publicly available sources, in particular: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, address correspondence.

The recipients of your personal data are employees and associates as well as entities supporting the company in its business activities.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the Dealer, its representative and the Authorised Person have the right to:
a) access their personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR1);
b) rectify their personal data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
c) request the erasure of personal data in the cases referred to in Article 17(1), subject to the exceptions laid down in Article 17(3) of the GDPR; 
d) request the restriction of data processing in cases referred to in Article 18 of the GDPR; 
e) data portability in cases specified in Article 20 of the GDPR;

The Dealer, its representative and Authorised Person will also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection in the event that, in the processing of the Dealer's, its representative's or Authorised Person's personal data, the Controller violates the personal data protection laws.

If the Controller processes personal data of the Dealer, its representative or Authorised Person on the basis of consent, the Dealer, its representative or Authorised Person has the right to withdraw their consent at any time and that will not affect the validity of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal thereof.

Additionally, the personal data Controller announces that, for reasons related to the particular situation of the Dealer, its representative or Authorised Person, the Dealer, its representative or Authorised Person has the right to object to the processing of their personal data, including profiling, where the processing by the personal data Controller is based on:
a) the necessity of the processing for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller (Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR),
b) Controller's legitimate legal interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
