It's time to take stock of the past year, which for many of us was not only a unique time, but also an exceptionally hard time. The realities brought to us by the pandemic have shaken the previously relatively stable market, including in the Auto ID industry. Current reports inform us of the situation of one of the leading Auto ID distributors, which has decided to withdraw from the Central European market.
In Koncept-L, despite many restrictions, sacrifices and modifications in work organization, we have not slowed down - we have even intensified our activities in order to take advantage of this time to expand our offer and develop our business. We are still open for cooperation on any project and we are not afraid of any challenges. Last year our efforts resulted in signing 4 partnership agreements with brands valued on the global market. We also maintained the status of one of the main distributors of Zebra Technologies brand, with which we work for over 20 years, supplying its products throughout Poland and Eastern Europe.
- In September Koncept-L has become an official distributor of SATO products. This agreement has enriched our offer with new label printers, both stationary and portable.
- In November, we signed a contract with an Italian manufacturer of label printers - CUSTOM, whose assortment supplied our warehouse with kiosk printing systems.
- Thanks to the partnership agreement with Dahua company, you can purchase from us products for automatic number plate recognition (ANPR), and in the future also city monitoring systems.
- Finally, a partnership agreement with CCL Tech, which has provided us with the status of an official Polish distributor of POS solutions and automated shopping points.
Due to the expansion of our portfolio and the constantly growing number of orders, we have increased our staff and extended the working time of the warehouse in order to maintain the standard of order fulfillment within one day. In addition, we have implemented a modern ERP system to maintain efficient and professional customer service. We have also intensified our marketing activities in order to support our Partners, and their valuable involvement in our cooperation has been rewarded with participation in attractive loyalty programs.
We are glad that we are able to enrich the Polish market with new professional solutions and develop by providing our Partners with services at an increasingly higher level. Last year we strengthened our position on the market, for which we would like to thank our Contractors and Customers.

Our service provides full technical and substantive support. We carry out service repairs of most of the goods we sell. To minimize the losses associated with the downtime caused by the fault, we are able to offer replacement equipment for the duration of the repair.

We cover most of the Central and Eastern European countries. We realize both standard and pallet shipments. We have an export department, which comprehensively deals with shipments outside the European Union.
