Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
- be complete
- have no signs of use
- not be damaged
- must be in working condition
- packed in original and undamaged packaging
- the manufacturer's packaging cannot be sealed with tapes with any overprints
- all batteries and power sources must be removed from the equipment
Together with the rented device, you will receive a label with the order identification number. To process your shipment as quickly as possible, please put a rental return label on each returned package. The lack of a label and clear marking of the shipment may generate problems in identifying the goods and significantly extend the return procedure.
If you have lost the rental return label, please download it from here and complete it with the number of the commercial document (WZ, FS).
