The MC printer series has been expanded with two new devices, and we mean the MC110 and MC210. The most popular model of the line is the reliable MC310 card printer, which has won praise in many industries for its quality and printing speed. Due to the great success and popularity of the MC310, Matica decided to expand the product series with solutions tailored to the expectations of specific user groups.
The MC110 is the entry-level model of the series, which is designed to meet the needs of employees of small and medium-sized businesses. The device offers printing speeds of up to 150 cards per hour at 300 dpi. It will be ideal as equipment for issuing identity, membership or payment cards, thanks to its proximity and contact card encoder. Intuitive and quick operation is enabled by the "Plug & Print" option, which makes the printer ready for use as soon as it is connected to a computer. Unlike other devices in this line, the MC110 comes in white color. The manufacturer's warranty for this model is 2 years.
The manufacturer describes the MC210 as a mid-range printer. What we have in mind here is its intended use, the capabilities offered, and the corresponding price. This model has more extensive functionalities than the MC110, one of which is an optional magnetic card encoder. A slightly higher printing speed of up to 180 cards per hour and an LCD display on the front are other improvements. The printer will serve its purpose in places such as schools colleges and medium-sized companies that print up to 10,000 cards a year. It comes with a 3-year warranty.
The MC310 model probably needs no introduction to anyone. Thermosublimation technology, print speeds of up to 180 cards per hour, a feeder that holds 100 copies, LCD display, Ethernet, USB, contact, proximity and magnetic stripe card encoder are hallmarks of the MC310. It is valued by the financial, security and administrative industries for its reliability and extensive features, such as a laminating module. A classic of the genre and the most popular model with a 4-year manufacturer's warranty.
However, the MC660 remains the most elaborate version, and behind it is also the highest price. Here the resolution is as high as 600 dpi. The printing method itself also remains different, in this case it is retransfer technology. It allows accurate printing of cards with irregular surfaces. This is particularly useful in the case of uneven texture, grooves or placement of the electronic module inside the card. Image and color reproduction remains at the highest level. The printer's feeder holds as many as 250 copies, and the printing speed is 170 cards per hour with single-sided printing.
Each of the MC series printers comes in single and double-sided versions. The entire line features a simple yet elegant design and has been designed with attention to the smallest detail. The rugged design is prepared to work in a wide variety of conditions.
