We are talking here about land, water and air transport, but also about all warehouse operations, such as warehouse transfers and other relocations. During each of these activities, it is necessary to correctly and legibly mark each of the pallets. In the logistics industry, these are most often large-format self-adhesive labels printed on label printers. This is the most efficient and most common of all solutions. It is for such purposes that Citizen Systems has created the CL-S6621 series of printers.
THE SMALLEST LABEL PRINTER IN ITS CLASS
Created by Citizen Systems engineers, CL-S6621 is an advanced label printer that stands out from the competition with the smallest dimensions. The entire structure is enclosed in a housing with dimensions of 303 x 290 x 273 mm, which ranks it first in the compactness ranking in the class of 6-inch printers. Despite the minimal dimensions, the printer offers everything that we should expect from an industrial solution. That is reliability and readiness to print in large quantities. Reliability is a key element of this printer. Equipped with a solid construction and durable components, the CL-S6621 can run for hours without interruption. This makes it ideal for environments where continuous and reliable printing is required, such as warehouses, distribution centers and production lines.
KEY TECHNICAL PARAMETERS
The device is equipped with an automatic emulation system, which greatly simplifies the process of integration with the existing system and guarantees high compatibility. Interaction with the inside of the printer is facilitated by the "Hi-Lift" system known from Citizen's solutions and the "Hi-Open" construction made of ABS plastic. Thanks to them, we can easily perform maintenance, replace consumables or remove any paper jams. The printer is adapted to both thermal transfer and thermal printing. It is compatible with media up to 6 inches wide and 5 inches (125 mm) in diameter. At this point, it should be emphasized that Citizen also offers the CL-S6621XL model, which will accommodate rolls of labels up to 7 inches wide. Both models offer a print speed of 150 mm per second.
