Goods returning from loan must meet the following conditions:
- be complete
- have no signs of use
- not be damaged
- must be in working condition
- packed in original and undamaged packaging
- the manufacturer's packaging cannot be sealed with tapes with any overprints
- all batteries and power sources must be removed from the equipment
Along with the rented device, you will receive a label with the order identification number. In order to process your shipment as quickly as possible, please put a loan return label on each package returned. The lack of a label and clear marking of the shipment may cause problems in the identification of the goods and significantly extend the return procedure. If you have lost the lending return label, please download it from there and complete it with the number of the commercial document (WZ, FS).
