We are looking for Junior Business Development Manager whose responsibilities will include:
- Actively developing sales of a selected group of products from the company's offer;
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing Koncept-L partners;
- Working closely with the manufacturers and sales department;
- Preparing active sales strategy and personally implementing them;
- Preparing offers and product presentations for Business Partners and Customers;
- Promoting the company's products at trade fairs and industry conferences;
- Preparing periodic reports on actions;
- Implementing projects commissioned by the Management Board.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (electronics or related);
- 2 years' experience in sales and active customer acquisition in the IT/AUTOID industry;
- Very good knowledge of English, min. B2 level (cooperation with foreign manufacturers);
- High personal culture, communication skills and customer orientation;
- Ability to identify customer needs and expectations;
- Excellent organization of own work and ability to plan time and manage priorities;
- Responsibility and commitment to sales targets;
- Ability to work independently and take initiative;
- Willingness to travel on business.
Nice to have:
- knowledge of RFID technology, market and products.
