We present new devices in the Zebra Technologies portfolio - a line of compact industrial fixed scanners: FS10, FS20, FS40, FS70 and vision systems: VS20, VS40, VS70. They allow for the improvement and simplification of work, for full automation of production control, tracking of goods in the warehouse or acceleration of implementation in the distribution center. The devices are equipped with features that facilitate both configuration and implementation in an industrial environment. Automation scanners can read 1D, 2D, DPM codes. The Machine Vision system can recognize simple and advanced patterns, text or count the number of pixels in a given range. The equipment is extremely easy to connect and configure. Zebra Aurora software supports quick and easy management of one and the entire line of available tools. This efficient and intuitive platform supports the configuration and implementation of solutions. Thanks to it, both advanced and novice users will be able to operate the devices without any problems. Additionally, it is possible to expand the system and add more advanced options after purchasing a software license. It's easy to get additional Machine Vision features, support for new barcode symbols and increased image capture speeds, allowing you to take automation to the next level.
The compact FS10 and FS20 scanners are easy to install, just plug them into the USB port of your workstation, laptop, tablet or other host device. With the intelligent PRZM imaging, codes (even of lower quality) will be read smoothly and precisely. The FS20 also has Ethernet and RS ports. The FS40 scanner was equipped even better, because it received a larger CMOS 2.3 Mpx sensor and a double Ethernet, PoE, USB-C and RS port. However, the FS70 was created for the most demanding tasks - in this device we have a choice of one of the available sensors and the opportunity to mount any C-mount lens, as well as special lighting. The Machine Vision VS20 sensor is an extremely compact solution, so it can be placed almost anywhere. Ideally suited to the quality control of goods on the production line. Equipped with connectivity options such as Ethernet and RS, it enables integration with PLC and Host networks and has a 1.2 Mpx sensor. VS40 allows the use of additional lenses, filters, lighting or communication modules (dual Ethernet, USB-C) and power supply (PoE +). We can choose from a color or monochrome sensor (CMOS 2.4 Mpx). Undoubtedly, the most advanced Machine Vision solution is the VS70 scanner. We can choose one of the four available image sensors (color or monochrome with a resolution of 2 or 5 Mpx) and any lenses and lighting with a C-mount.
With the help of ImagePerfect + software, which captures up to 16 different images of an object in a single trigger, it is possible to obtain the perfect image. Thanks to the groundbreaking Object Locate technology, objects can rotate 360 degrees, and differences in lighting will not be an obstacle to identifying parts. PRZM Intelligent Imaging will allow you to accurately capture 1D and 2D codes on any surface, in any condition - even if the codes are damaged, they are on a fast-moving conveyor belt, they are embedded directly on curved or reflective surfaces. Golden Image Compare instantly compares the questionable image with the pattern created during setup, making it easy to identify the source of any degradation and fix the problem quickly. Job Compare instantly compares the current and initial settings in the job and the engine, allowing users to determine if parameters have been accidentally changed and revert to the original version with a single click. We can easily select new features with a simple update.
