RMA is a modern system of service requests via the website. It also allows you to track the repair process from your account.
To simplify and standardize the process of returning equipment to the repair service, we have created a guide that will take you through the product notification procedure.
Simple 3 steps are enough to submit a service request:
1. Log in to the customer panel on the website Koncept-l.pl
If you do not have an account, create one using the registration form. Then, in the customer panel, go to the RMA tab. There you can add a new service request and check the repair history.
2. Fill out the service form
The product name and the type of fault can be selected from the list. Then enter the address to which the repaired product will be sent. You can use the address provided during registration or enter a new one.
3. Print a label with an RMA number
The system will assign you an individual RMA number. Keep it. You will need it to identify your service request and to mark the package with damaged equipment that you send to us. Stick the printed label in a visible place, and then send the package to the Koncept-L service.
