From the very beginning of its existence, our company has been equally focused on selling the latest devices from the Auto ID segment, as well as on providing technical support for all the products we offer. Over the years, the equipment portfolio has expanded considerably, allowing our Technical Department to gain new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of a growing number of customers. For years we have been systematically recording an increase in the number of completed orders, and thanks to the support of producers and trainings organized by them, our specialists constantly improve their qualifications confirmed by numerous certificates.
Our service includes maintenance services for all equipment in the following groups:

The diagnostic service allows you to schedule maintenance of your equipment at the most appropriate time, which significantly reduces the risk of failure and downtime at the least opportune moment. Regular maintenance also significantly increases the lifetime of your equipment, which is reflected in the TCO.

Thanks to a special system, service requests can be made at any place and time. The 24/7 platform makes it possible to report a failure in an intuitive way, and after it is accepted, it allows the customer to track the stages of repair and provides an insight into the individual phases of the process.
To return defective equipment for repair, you must:
- Complete the application form RMA
- Mark with RMA number and deliver by courier or in person to:
Koncept-L S.A. ul. Wenecka 12; 03-244 Warszawa
(Customer delivers and picks up equipment at their own expense.)
Note: If equipment is not delivered to the Service within 15 business days of RMA registration, Koncept-L reserves the right to cancel the request. - Keep track of the repair progress with the RMA system
NOTE: In case of delivering equipment not registered by the service form (i.e. without the RMA number assigned), an administration fee for RMA registration will be charged in the amount of PLN 30 net. In case of cancellation of the registration, the package will be sent back at the sender's expense within 3 working days - unclaimed equipment returned to the service will be disposed of after 30 days.

Upon receipt of the equipment we perform diagnostics and provide repair costs, if any, within 14 days from the date of delivery. The time limits for the realization of warranty claims start on the day of receiving the shipment to the service. The repair period may be exceptionally prolonged when the repair requires using a specialized service of the manufacturer or importing components from abroad.
Koncept-L service is a comprehensive and professional technical support, which quickly and professionally restore the full efficiency of damaged equipment. Thanks to this, the downtime caused by a possible failure will be reduced to a minimum, and your business will receive the assurance of continuity of technical infrastructure.
NOTES: If no damage description is provided, no damage is found, or the repair is cancelled, an equipment diagnostic fee will be charged at standard rates (no fee will be charged for warranty repairs):
- Desktop, receipt and mobile printers: PLN 135 net (PLN 166.05 gross),
- Industrial printers: PLN 195 net (PLN 239.85 gross),
- Card printers: PLN 265 net (PLN 325.95 gross),
- Barcode scanners: PLN 125 net (PLN 153.75 gross),
- Data collectors, POS terminals, tablet PC, access points, cameras: PLN 165 net (PLN 202.95 gross).

Arbor - The manufacturer does not foresee the possibility of reporting devices through end customers. You are welcome to contact us directly.

In other cases the manufacturer allows contact only through its distributor - in this case through Koncept-L S.A.

GoDEX - The manufacturer does not provide for the possibility of reporting devices via end customers. Feel free to contact us or local business partners directly.

After submitting the repair order, he will receive a confirmation with the shipping address of the consolidation point.
Newland - The manufacturer does not foresee the possibility of reporting devices through end customers. You are welcome to contact us directly.
