The e700 is a high-performance access point operating at 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands in a 4x4 Tx/Rx antenna system. Properly constructed input/output architecture makes the device capable of providing quality service to 512 clients at the same time. Beamforming system, roaming without controllers, dynamic channel selection, automatic transmission power control and many other functions make CambiumNetworks router unrivalled. The great advantage of the device is a dual memory bank, providing access to two versions of the firmware. In case of operational problems, the emergency version of the operating system can be restored without the need for a network technician to visit the site and physically interfere with the hardware. The CambiumNetworks e700 access point is characterized by high weather resistance. It is IP67 certified and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Extreme temperatures from -40oC to +65oC and humidity of 95% do not affect its operation. Specially for outdoor installations, it has been equipped with a mounting bracket allowing for easy installation on an antenna mast. The device is equipped with two Ethernet ports. The first RJ45 PoE Out connector eliminates the need for a second power line on site. The additional PoE connector supports both Cambium-PoE and 802.3af standard, so it can power the camera when security monitoring near a hotspot is required. These features makes the e700 ideal for public administration, campuses, hospitality and any public areas requiring Wi-Fi architecture.
