Claim conditions
In accordance with the Rules of Sale, the liability of Koncept-L for defects in the Goods is excluded.
Goods may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and on the terms specified by the manufacturer (Koncept-L does not guarantee the timeliness and completeness of the following information, to confirm the terms of the warranty please verify the official website of the manufacturer):

The preferred form of filing a claim is to address the defective Goods directly to the Manufacturer or Seller from whom they were purchased in accordance with the proof of purchase which is also the basis for determining the warranty period.
Koncept-L reserves the right to refuse to accept warranty claims relating to the Goods not coming from the distribution of Koncept-L.
